Heliopolis is counted amongst Cairo's higher-class neighborhoods and is of course on Cairo's more expensive price list. Like everywhere else the prices have slightly fallen compared to the last few years. This is a consequent to a remarkable rise in supply not meeting its match in demand. Renting in Heliopolis is considered reasonably easy though because of the neighborhood's size and variability giving lots of choices, but be keen to make the right one!
